Nomad
Watkins Glen , Seneca Lodge . Starting in 1951 they hosted the state and national field archery tournament. If you won you got to shoot your arrow into the wall behind the bar ! Today they host a big buck contest ( by weight as it should be ) and the winner gets to shoot his arrow . There’s an arrow shot by Ted Nugent as well as that signed recurve. Winners at the Glen hang their winners Laurel there as well . Great spot right at the entrance to the campground , highly recommend. Oh also my tired feet as I suck down ipas . DDT
Have been there many times when I used to run on the Glen track. They would make change at the bar with half dollars, dollar coins and $2 bills.

They have piggy banks full of them . Wonder if they still have them or finally broke them open ?
