Hey guys i am looking to buy a muzzleloader in the $300-$600 price range i was wondering what you guys were recommending as a quality gun. And good luck to all you cannon blasters let me hear it if you bag anything in the late season!

Look at the Savage 10ml11 muzzleloader.Natchess has them for 599.99 but they are nice becuase you use smokeless powder instead of blackpowder or its equivilents.I absolutly love mine!!

I have a Rossi matched pair 12 ga slug and 50cal muzzleloader never have shoot the 12ga I have a center point 4-16 /50mm scope on it and I never miss I have shot deer out to 250 yards with triple 7 mag powder pellets and 200gr shock wave sabets I like the way it comes apart for easy clean up and I have never had a miss fire the breach stays clean it just works for me and the pair is only aroud $350 at any gun dealer ordering is easy

I have the TC Omega with the thumbhole stock. I love it. It's fun to shoot and was dead on right out of the box.

Powder, bullets, cleaning supplies, loading accessories all add up. Expect that extra hidden cost when deciding on your muzzleloader.

Hands down buy a White , best there is and build like a tank. You won't be upset.

Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Savage is designed and tested for the use of modern gunpowder and it's increased pressures.

Other than a couple high end custom rifles, they are the only one.

CVA , i shoot an Apex which is absolutley surgical , the CVA accura also comes with a bergara barrel and is hard to beat . CVA stuck it to the overpriced hot shots the first year out with the best rated production muzzleloader for 2009.

I've got a TC Pro Hunter FX ($599 Buyer's Club price at Sportsmans Club) to go along with my TC 209 Wildcat. Absolutely love it and couldn't imagine shooting anything else. I may even give up lugging the Savage 220 during regular gun season next year.

I still have the same knight i bought like 7 years ago. Never a problem or a misfire. Dont hear much from them anymore but i believe they are still in business!
