Something like this is all too common on hunting forums: "I seen three doe today......!" What the guy really meant was that he saw three does.

Two rules to remember: "Never let them see you sweat!"...and, "Never give them a reason to think you're stupid!" Don't let your language trip you up.

Yeah but ...... it looks like the person that name was aimed at was the one who correctly pointed out that his gramatical correction was in fact incorrect. So just who is the "lunkhead"? ...... lol. That is one thing to remember, if you are going to make a big deal about how someone is using the language, it's probably a good idea to at least know what is or isn't wrong.

just an excuse. Libraries are free. Regardless of your upbringing you can better your grammar and vocabulary simply by reading books instead of watching reality tv.
