thanks everyone!  got him quartered yesterday and in the fridge.. Will be breaking down each quarter this week and getting them ready for consumption.

 

Im taking the head to a taxidermist Thursday, thats in the fridge too staying cold.  the experience has been great.  Sure last year getting a doe was good and I got to enjoy the meat and go through the process,  this time around with the bow and waiting and waiting it feels more epic.
