Nope, but there was a deadline for doe permit applications, and that was before Oct 1st.

There is no deadline for purchasing a hunting license. The only deadline is that you must purchase your license before you actually go hunting. The date and time of your purchase will appear on your hunting license.      valoroutdoors.com

Doesn’t DMP purchasing reopen later in the season?

After Nov 1st is leftover draw I believe

It reopens November 1st but not all WMU's will be open. Only WMU's with leftover DMP's will be open. I can guess what some of WMU's will be 8G,8A,8F,8N this just some from the past.
