Roasted a green pepper in the oven, then sauteed onions, with garlic slices in a pan, pictured prior...then added hot Italian sausage patty on a lightly crisped ciabatta roll.  Inspired by Robhunt&fish i believe.

Pork carnitas with seasoned pork from Sam 's club with Pico De gall o and fresh cheeses and fresh corn of the cob and black beans and sour cream. Never had it b4 but it's really good. It's on a soft tortilla.photo doesn't do it justice.

Chicken cooked in Italian dressing, done to a nice blackened crisp.  Along with fresh zucchini from a family friend's garden, in which i simmered with garlic, onion, butter, salt, pepper, and a pinch of water.
