Big crock of soup.  Chicken stock, diced tomatoes, carrots,celery, onions, garlic, spinach, white beans and smoked sausage.  

Dinner for three days!

Soup made with vegetable stock, ham chuncks, mixed veggies, cabbage, spinach. Hits the spot on a cold rainy day. YUM.

So I kind of changed my plan for this and decided to make Korean sweet potato noodles with shredded short rib and mixed veg.

Sunday snack.  Little peppers stuffed with venison sausage/cheese/cornbread stuffing.  

And a favorite beer.
