Garlic, olive oil, shramp, wheat thin spaghetti all sautéed in more oil, with the leftover clams.  Parsley, and grated cheese at the end

Dry aged prime NY strip, air fried mushrooms with truffle salt, Romain salad with olives avocado and smoked blue cheese

Ever try “Secret Sauce” by Rays? 
we like horseradish mayo, but this rays secret sauce is horseradish mayo with spices, delicious

Shramp tempura, and some other non-raw sushi stuff.  Jenn loves this stuff, and she brought it home as a treat/surprise.  Very good.

Yesss! I highly recommend it, dip burgers jn it, fries, pierogies, chicken, etc etc.  its TOO good.  We haven’t even thought about regular horseradish mayo since.  Let me know

I wish.didnt think ahead so didnt have any pulled out of freeze.g/f doesnt eat venison so went right for the beef...mo fo me!got a feeling im gunna have to hide this "ray's sauce" from her though.
