Seriously how different is your product from the can of Phillips lump crab meat ($26 a can or so) which I usually use for my crab cakes?i imagine the flavor is close but the texture differs?

Kind of you sir....I am willing to splurge for some crabs to support the girls college fund!!!! I’m certain the last crabs I had cost me much more in both $$$$ and self-esteem!
Can I get it at Stew Leonard’s yet?

I’ll say azuma is not for out there rolls and that kind of stuff but for good quality very fresh fish they are very good, not in the same league as the others on that list but very solid for the price point
