Question for Lifetime License Holders

You can't use them until rifle season anyway on the web site they said it will take at least 14 days to receive them.

This year only you can use your 2014 2015 license.Starting next year you will need current years license to hunt in September this years tag will not be any good. License is good from September first to September first.

My nephew called the DEC and he was told it'll be a few more weeks!! 

Man this is BS. I normally get mine the last week of July and now 'not getting them until September.

Before you have to use the previous years license since license run Oct 1st to Sept 30.

Now they're switching it to run from Sept 1st to Aug 31st but for THIS year only, you can use the 2014/15 license OR the 2013/14 license during September. After this year, you will have to use the new license starting Sept.

i recived mine today and i didnt get the regular back tag that you always get. but i got all my tag. i purchaced my lifetime license two weeks ago. will i get some type of cool card or something other than the tags i always get?

Mine came in the mail today . They are Camo colored which surprised me . Still have to go and get the Bow / Muzzle loader and apply for doe tags which won't cost me anything ............

Went up to the Town Clerk's office . Got my ML , Bow and DMPs for *8H and 8F . The gal said it has been slow compared to last year .

Went to get my DMP permits and either the clerk or the system messed up. I got a landowners DMP for one area, but did not get a permit for the area that my land owners is for. Had to call DEC they are sending me 2 new tags in the mail.

My daughters tags I bought were yellow.  Are the issuing agents getting camo print material yet?

They aren't really camo but at 1st glance look it . The back tag looks a bit camo .... more so than the individual tags .

who did you call at dec to get your tags for landowners becasue the web sight didnt give me either of my tags

I called 1 866 472-4332 and just listed to the options which I believe I used #3. You can only get 1 landowners tag now.

My lifetime license came in the mail today, but my son's didn't. Same last name and same address too. Wonder how they decide which ones get sent out first?
