Lake Effect!! (AGAIN)

It has his again..................It always amazes me when these bands hit.  We have nothing but an inch or so but just a few miles south they are getting crushed.

 

I'd hang a screen shot of the radar but that is out of my pay grade. 

 

How is the snow in your area?  (extra points for pics)

Amherst should be getting in on the excitement, I know you like it there, LOL. Barely a dusting here. Just  windy and a little nippy. Anyone take any pics? Please post them up.

Nothing photo worthy yet. Maybe 4"-5" so far but I didn't go out to stick a ruler in it yet.

If I'm real quiet, I can hear the LE snow machine getting revved up down the road.

Outdoor thermometer says 13 so I wont be going out until it warms up another 20 or so.

I had to come to work on a scheduled day off since my boss couldn't get here to Lockport from East Aurora. I'll have to take a different day off to hunt I guess.

I live in Lackawanna and we got hammer with lake effect and it still coming down    got about 27 in on the ground

Close to 3 feet in Lakeview(Hamburg)....Will send a pic in a bit! My buddy just texted me jokingly "do you think the deer will be moving today"

Time to fire up the snowmobile....travel ban in Hamburg means free time on the roads!!!

4 easy feet here in lancaster. Still coming. Snowblower is useless. Been shoveling since 5:15 this morning. Have 25 foot by 15 section of driveway done. Only 80-90 more feet to go. There's no where to toss it. Florida room roof all shoveled. This is brutal

Many sympathies to those in WNY and Directly east of Watertown.  Drove up to Redfield my self last night to grab my ATV, otherwise it would've sat there til May '15.  They had about 18" although they had 1 - 3 feet predicted by Wed.  Logging roads are impassible at that point.

38MPH GUSTS AT THE AIRPORT NOW.  man-O-man are things brutal.........This storm is far from done for those in the path.  It doesn't look like its544444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444

You look nice and toasty lol, the snow by me has to be at least 4-5 feet deep and is still snowing hard

Glad others are getting it for once. Sunny here, but we will get ours. I live in between Pulaski and Parish, and we normally get pounded every year.
