Got my Euro back

Picked my Euro up today from the buck I shot Oct 12. Bushallows taxidermy in Auburn did the work. Turned out awesome! Had him scored and aged too. Any guesses on score??

Also curious what was charged? I know alot of taxidermists sub that out for pretty low costs and then charge quite a bit.

Some pretty good guesses guys. He grossed 113 6/8, not a giant but he's my best bow buck so far and I'm not displeased with him. Charge for the Euro, $100. He uses dermestid Beatles then whitens with peroxide. You can also have it dipped in various patterns, think that was an extra $30-$40.

I always think the beetle ones come out better. There's no proof, but they always just look like better euros at the end of the day.

He aged him 2 1/2 which shocked me. I'm almost certain this deer was 3 1/2 from the pictures I have. He said he's not a pro at aging deer though so there's a chance he's off. I never looked at the bottom jaw either. Kinda feel bad if he really was 2 1/2. Makes me second guess my live deer aging ability.

Nice looking deer!  I have a pile of European mounts and think the look great.

 

Some are beetle, some were done by the taxi dude and some I did.  They all look good to me!!
