Are you sure it's absolutely level? They do some wonky things as you adjust when they aren't

Quiet as hell this AM in southern Oswego County. Had some behind me 20 minutes ago. Never got a good look.

First morning out with smoke pole. Looking for a deer, any deer, of any size, to come through. Worst season I've had in 30 years of deer hunting. Killed 2 with vehicles. That's it.

Heard first shot at 714. Legal is 731. Son went to double stand and bottom section was gone on private property.

Real quiet I had not even heard a shot last couple times out.

The weather this weekend is looking better and better come on and snow and I the 20's

Zero action during the sunrise sit, and the subsequent (albeit quick) still hunt here in 4L.  Fresh trail, fresh scat, no brown fur to be seen.

- In late seasons (with bowhunting or muzzleloading privilege)

- By Junior Hunters during the Youth Deer Hunt, October 10-12, 2015

Where in 7A? I'm in Caughdenoy area.

I don't understand why people think that taking other people's things us ok.

The area I hunt in 7M, near Solon is quite rural. There's a section of the land I lease, and other areas of the state land that people use to dump garbage. Tires, mattresses, just junk. I had to call the owner to report new dumping just two years ago.

I just don't understand people's behavior any more.

Just bottom section. When we take a break we will check and see if it was tossed aside or completely gone.

There are real slimebags out there Eddie, that really sucks. I drove down to friends property this morning in Machias 9M to take my blind down. Only deer I saw was dead one on Rt. 400 2 hawks feeding on the carcass. Going try my sisters property in 9a this weekend and take the crossbow with.
