This was my first.  Kinda like champagne without all the bubbles.  However, I'm visiting my cousin and we're popping all kinds of bottles. :D

Just popped the top on this Founders breakfast stout.  Pretty good, but it's not a CBS.

Way to ruin a good thread by getting serious lol. But since you asked. 

Used to use an adjunct lager for beer can chicken on the smoker. Essentially none of the beer was evaporating so skip it now 

after smoking a pork butt and then throw into crockpot I like something malty ( and hate drinking malty beer ) dopplebocks are pretty good. 

Beer cheese soup / adjunct lager again Usually a Fosters oil can 

chili may get a half bottle of something dark  Stout of some sort

First one to fall is Half Hitch imperial mosaic ipa. Smells like gym socks to the nose but tastes ok. Had beer m p’s so not an entire waste c35a7e89fc3718df2b7e3b679c32564f.jpg
