Found a couple of packs of last seasons venison apple breakfast sausage, so made sausage and biscuits.

Probably one of the grossest looking plates I have ever seen…AND been most jealous to not have!!!! I love your breakfast style sir!

All good.  Trying to prevent or at least delay vision loss in my important (dominant, shooting) eye.  I scheduled surgery after hunting season, and it was the right move.  I’d be out hunting deer if I could right now, and I definitely shouldn’t be.
