I don’t know anything about shoulder injuries, can’t be fixed?Technically nothing is connected so I can’t re injure it any worse. For many years Doctors have had conflicting approaches for a grade III shoulder separation. I had the choice of taking ligaments from my own leg or a donor to put in my shoulder or go the physical therapy route. After meeting with several doctors, I had the opportunity to meet with an orthopedic surgeon for one of the professional sports teams in NY thru a friend of mine. He steered me away from surgery. In the beginning it was noticeable when I wore a t shirt. Now it’s not unless I really overdo it. I’ll never throw a baseball as hard as I used to but anything under the shoulder line (golf, rowing, etc.) I can still do with full power. It’s not actually as hard or bad as it sounds. But you would need to get the hide cooled and stored properly.
