Truly amazing pieces of art, kind of ...um, goofy though! The skill and craftsmanship is mindboggling.

I wonder if there would be any craftsman living today with the knowledge to be able to recreate a set?Probably cost prohibitive, when you figure many pieces of art such as these were consigned by royalty, where price was no object.
