Plans for Wednesday the 4th.  First day I can be out at sunrise.

I have a craving for some Squirrel stew so I will be out there as long as the weather is decent, Squirrel hunting is a favorite for me and good warmup to hone skills for things to come.

Not sure, but I think they're bot fly larvae in formaldehyde. After TF's comment about bot flies I googled "pickled bot flies" to bust chops. 

For the record those things skeeve me out too. I usually wait until first frost before shooting squirrels.

Change in plans I got permission on a great field for the morning. I move some things around so I can hunt til 10. Had 80 or 90 in it at 9am today.
