Fall Colors

Grandson and I were at the farm today. Fall colors are coming on strong now. 

The most beautiful time of the year in NY I think.

Grampy, it was 30 degrees in Maine, and colors were coming on daily! Then I got back to NY, and colors were changing as well.  I thought of you while passing through Albany area.  It felt so early in Maine....

Have a cabin in Saint Johnsville so we pass through somewhat often!

Leaves are turning nicely the past week or so 'round here. I had a plan to get out hiking this weekend and get some pics, re-doing a floor in my house got away from me.

 

I think next weekend I may hit Thatcher down near the cave area for some pics, or maybe a trip back to Holt to see both the Catskills and Helderberg.

The colors of the leaves are great in this state when the leaves turn.

Will be peak during the week or by weekend for sure by me its 45% or more now only full green are oak and they will turn russet soon

The colors are changing and I'm mowing just a little less !
