Yikes , then guys are out for things like a bruised pinky ? Bob Gibson took a line drive to his leg which broke a bone and finished the game ! 
 

Guys I work with returned to duty with things like a broken back , now when it was correctly diagnosed, they then went off ,  but come on .

Don’t get too upset the cards are a second half team. I still have them in the series against the Sox. The white Sox that is !

At this point it is beyond the sticky stuff. He has lost all confidence and the “I can out pitch anyone” mentality. The fact that he is the poster boy for the sticky stuff introduction has not helped. Clearly a new weakness has been identified

Joe Mack the High school catcher from the Buffalo area you guys were talking about went 31st to the Marlins tonight.

Mets got great value with Kumar Rocker at #10. He was projected 1 or 2 overall at the beginner of the year.
