    My Niece just texted. Her son got into trouble at school he will not be coming up for the youth hunt. Wise ass kid has no respect at times. Good for her to turn the screws to him.

    The season started off slow, but we dropped two dogs in the limited time we had to hunt before the fog rolled in. Both healthy females, 30+ pounds.

    @First-light, good for your niece. It’s probably harder on her than it will be on him, but too many parents nowadays let their kids run amuck and that’s the problem. Congratulate her from me ! I did the same a few times to both my kids, they’re both responsible young adults

    All the time I have been a member I do not think I have hardly ever posted in the live in the woods, just not my cup of tea, don't mean I am not out there and I do not post every fart that happens while hunting , but here is a pic for you!     I have a set of 4 Cuddeback cameras in Geneseo . The daily report shows that the cameras are fine . I haven't gotten any pictures in just over 2 days . Too warm .

    Wolc's favorite tool, I am sold on it too! I do it just a bit different than the videos. I insert it and give it a twist and then I will take my knife and cut the skin around the Butt Out detaching it from the Deer, Everything comes out super easy. Al

    Went out this afternoon, more so for therapy. Lost my dad, hunting partner, and best friend last Sunday to cancer. Seen a nice doe broad side about 30 yards when I was approaching one of the spots he use to sit. Also found the makings of a waterfall, pretty cool. This season will be different for sure.
