  1. Between Albany and Binghamton. About 5" fell yesterday.
  2. Buddy and I doubled up this morning. I even wore the snow camo!
  3. I keep my ATV, lawnmower, and when I had the motorcycle on trickle chargers. I installed outlets where I park them. I believe they extend the battery life.
  4. Sorry your not hunting. Great picture, I can smell the gunpowder burning!
  5. That's Gangsta style. Actually a pretty funny clip.
  6. Nice rig! You'll use it for every little project and it will make your life easier. Enjoy!
  7. I am a big fan of all Metal. It's not for everyone and most won't appreciate it. The songs always have a meaning and sometimes it's hard to figure out what it's about. This one is spot on and ahead of it's time.
  8. Didn't fire my outdoor woodstove up until mid November and thus far I've burned about 6.5 cords. 8 Cords is my normal for me from Nov. 1 until May 1. Hot water is included. Late December and Early January cold snap ate a lot of wood.
  9. Sorry I;m no computer wiz. Anyway $760 and $100 install fee for DCEC members.
  10. You are here Home » Products & Programs » GenerLink™ Emergency Transfer Switch GenerLink™ Emergency Transfer Switch GenerLink™ emergency transfer switches will allow members to connect a 9500 watt or less portable generator to their home during power outages. These switches are five-inch devices that are in-stalled, by DCEC, behind your existing 200 amp meter base and come with a 20 foot cord. When you connect a portable generator to GenerLink™ and start it up it automatically disconnects your house from the electric utility grid preventing the possibility of back feed, which can damage equipment and harm DCEC line and right-of-way personnel. Each switch also has an internal warranty surge protection for household appliances. The member cost for the devices will be $760 plus a $100 installation charge. The GenerLink™ switches are now available to purchase at the Cooperative. Please note that not all generators are compatible with these devices. For more information please call the DCEC office at (607) 746-2341.
  11. My electric company sells and installs these. I think around $750. Safe and easy hookup.
  12. Nobody thinks about generators until they are needed, and then the stores are sold out. I run mine under load at least 2 times a year and perform routine maintenance. I don't care that it takes up room when not in use. When it is needed it is there for me!
  13. Maybe, do you know of a good spot where I can sit for 3 hrs. and see a total of 85 deer including 35 bucks?
  14. If I had the choice of hunting deer all the seasons in NY, or 1 week in Northern Missouri, my lifetime license from NY would go unused. Habitat, number of deer and quality of deer. I can see more deer in Missouri on a one week hunt than I would see in 10 years in NY. No exaggeration!
  15. I'm really considering trying a Reconyx. I have a good size box full of non functioning cameras. Are they the most durable camera?
  16. I didn't realize he was broke when I shot him. Otherwise I would have let him walk. It looked like an old break. I decided to have a European mount done and I should get him back next week.
  17. Primos or Rhino Blinds I feel are pretty durable and The fabric is more like canvas. The Primos blind windows are a little low to my liking. The Rhino has no noisy zippers.
  18. Pulled most of them this year. Left a couple for security purposes.
  19. Tons of tracks near the house, no tracks in the woods and two doe laying within 80 yards of me. Don't see any others but I'm afraid to move on.
