glad to hear you are OK man!!! I had a similar thing happen to me about 20 years ago... I was not as luck and fractured my wrist really bad and ended up with surgery and pins.. Even then I felt lucky... the new spot looks great... It looks like you are really making a lot of progress developing your land.. well done!!

So Sorry... I am tearing up as I read this, as I lost my Springer earlier this year and it sounds like they were a lot alike.. We are so fortunate to have a good dog in our lives, but it makes it that much tougher when we lose them...

New price.... $1000 -
I guess this was the point I was trying to make in general.. Go and put 1,560 - 1,860 pounds in your Ranger (I am a huge fan of the new Ranger, so nothing against the truck) and let me know what you think. I am willing to bet you will not drive it down the road and feel safe. I have personal experience with a Ram 1500 and F150. Despite what the published payloads are, it is like night and day in reality... The F150 can handle a lot more tongue weight and payload. The point was that they market payload, towing capacity, etc.. because it makes things sound good, but the reality is that 70% of the people that drive trucks never use them to those levels..

Payload, towing Capacity, etc... is a bunch of marketing speak the way the manufacturers present it... If you are going to use a truck for towing, which I do, you need to do more due diligence that read the types of articles posted above.. I owned Chevy, Ford and Dodge in the past 7 or 8 years and one of those in my opinion stands out from the group for what I use a truck for. it is the Ford F250 that I own now.. I will stick with Ford going forward (assuming they keep doing what they are doing)

I have a John Deere 246 Corn Planter for sale. I purchased it from someone whose father bought it new and always stored in inside. I have stored inside since I bought it 3 years ago....... It is complete and everything works... It also includes 5 additional sets of seed plates (in addition to the ones in it that I have used to plant corn). Lastly, I have the original Operators Manual that came with it when new. Most of these planters you come across are a rusty mess and seldom do you find them with all 4 seed and fertilizer lids. I don’t need to sell it so now low ball offers.. also cash only. Located at my camp near Nunda, NY $1250 You can mail me at [email protected] or call/text me at 585 738 9163

Keep us posted on how you like it after driving it for a few months.. I am also interested to see what kind of gas mileage you get
-
You would be shocked at how fast they grow.. I stocked 6 inch rainbows in my pond at camp (3/4 acre) in the spring.. the next spring/summer they were 16 to 18 inches.. so what you caught was probably stocked last spring..

TF... how did you like the Blue Point Grill... One of my favorite restaurant anywhere.. Food is always very good and they mix a very good drink too.... Lobster Mashed Potatoes !!!
-
I have had great luck with their products.. Honey Hole has worked well for me
-
you can also install inline shutoffs in the hose for the nozzles on the end, so only the middle one works. A simple and reliable option

I have found that leaving my 570 on a trickle charger has solved all the issues I have had.. you can get a decent trickle charger inexpensively and it is worth it.. There are a lot of electronics on the modern ATV's..

So sorry. I lost my dog 2 months ago and still come home waiting for him to great me at the door.

Revisiting the 25-06 Remington
t_barb replied to airedale's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
I have a Savage in 25.06... I love the round.. Very flat and for most shots I would ever take (200 yards and in) you just hold it on the vitals.. Never had one not tip right over... I shoot 117 grains bullets, but have always been interested to put some 80 grains bullets thru it for varmint hunting.. It is a pretty good screamer with an 80 grain bullet. -
you truly are a VERY talented artist... Love seeing the progression of your work!!

I have a Colt Defender and love it.. It sounds like it would meet the requirements you have laid out and it is a great, solid gun. https://www.colt.com/series/DEFENDER_SERIES
