    I think Slowhand had a good idea he posted a couple years ago . Take a gallon jug from something like a windshield washer bottle . Slice off the bottom except for say a 3" wide strip going lengthwise . Place the 3"strip behind the camera and tighten the camera to the tree . The bottom of the jug would act as an umbrella . Paint it if you desire .

    The price of the unit wasn't too bad . The installation and extras they had to do jacked up the cost . It would have been cheaper with a new home as I believe now the gas meter and electric meter are required to be outside and next to each other . A guy I talked to had the same thing done by the same people and it cost him $2000 less as it required less material and work .

    Maytom. ...the generator itself cost $3000. That doesn't include material and labor. Had to change cable coming into house. Move meter to outside. Run gas line across basement and then change direction of gas line. All total about 10 grand. It's worth it for peace of mind . We have a high water table and under ground springs so we get a lot of water to the sump pump. Average about 3 power outages a year. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    The guys are here installing the Generac whole house generator. It was 62 degrees and I got the gas stove in the family room to work . Can't use the blower motor as we still don't have any power on . Oh .... the sacrifices we have to make. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    I like a lot of what Trump says but personally don't care for him . I think he is smart enough that he would surround himself with some good people . With all the in-fighting with the Conservatives , I am glad they don't post on NY Hunting !

    I used to buy the GS cookies when the kids came to the door . Refused to buy them from parents at work . If the scouts were too lazy to sell them , I didn't bother to purchase .

    I saw "Mad Max - Fury Road" and wasn't impressed. It was non stop action and violence . Not much of a story .

    I did the same thing Doc . $50 for the lifetime . All I had to do was purchase Archery and ML . When I turned 70 , both of those were free . Three of my grandkids received Lifetime Hunting Licences when they were 5 years old . It was a good investment as the price keeps climbing . They don't hunt but do go out with my son sometimes .

    They chewed up part of the trail and didn't follow their tracks back . Plus , the lead rider is a blonde !

    I have two Moultrie I-35 cams on a property in Geneseo . The deer look at the Red Glow and it doesn't spook them . They are curious and look like they are posing . Most often placing the cams high , tresspassers don't even notice the cameras .

    I havn't found it necessary to do with the two Brownings . If it was for someone else's rifle I would probably need to use the full length die .

    Thanks for the clarification . I had never heard of allowing antlered deer to be taken with nuisance permits . It makes sense on a Christmas Tree farm .
