Just made a pot of coffee , climbing into tree stand (couch) in the living room and gonna sit for a couple hours !

4H .... watched an 6 or 8 pointer chasing two does about 10 am , could'nt get a shot with the crossbow even with my pretend bleat ! He was way too interested in pursuing them !

Who's heading out for the Nov. 4th Crossbow opener ? I am ... it will be the first time in the woods for me with a crossbow ! Just recently scored for the first time with the compound so I figured I give the crossbow a try !

Yup .... I shoot at most 40 rounds per year .... hopefully a couple into Deer ! -

I'll be out there next Saturday with my crossbow ... first time using it in the field !

My first Trail Cam was an EZ Cam with a white flash ! Well it just doesn't work anymore and I'm looking to pickup a new one ! I'm looking to put one up in my driveway so when I'm out or late at night people know that their picture has been taken so in other words a security camera and not in the woods ! Anyone have suggestions ? It seems like most if not all have gone to infrared flash so as not to disturb game . I've found a couple out there but the prices are up there !
