  1. so for the hunters that bought the supersportsman it basically saved us about $10. Might I make a suggestion where Cuomo can put my $10.
  2. No such thing as a Lifeting Super Sportsman Lifetime Sportsman maybe. whcih doesn't include bowhunting or Muzzle loader hunting pliviledges.
  3. I haven't seen this before. A buddy with property in south central Ohio sent it to entice me down. He has been after me for two years. I just can't seem to coordinate it.
  4. Interesting! http://www.10tv.com/content/stories/apexchange/2013/09/22/oh--deer-hunting-ohio.html
  5. .30-06. Is there any other caliber...lol. I know it isn't fancy as you guys with the big magnums and exotic calibers but it shoots. I bought if from my now brother in law so he could make the final payment on the engagement ring for my sister. Shot so well I wouldn't sell it back to him...
  6. Tha is what I was trying to remember. General Obligation Law.
  7. You can be sued by anyone. It will cost you attorney fees to defend ( I can't remember the section but I can look it up) that protects the landowner from judgements against them when people are using their property. When you rent your property is changes everything. Some one help me out here.....
  8. If I am in Rifle area it is my Remington 700 BDL. Vortex illuminated scope and hand loads topped with Sierra Game Kings. If I am shotgun only it is My Encore ML with Vortex Illuminated scope, 150 grains of 777 and 250 gr shockwaves.
  9. Joe, I know there are still those against taking does. I have seen some post on this forum. But I don't think the number of those against that are as high as they were. how did that change? There was a shift. It wasn't mandated you had to take a doe (aside from some EAB programs). I think changes are more possible in todays age than ever before thatnks to how connected everyone is with social media and such. We have the best opportunities ever to get information out there to sway or change the opinios of our fellow hunters. (Never gonna happen with everyone but eventually they will be out of the hunting gene pool, we all will). I believe changes can be made without shoving it down the throats of hunters. We are a resistant bunch by nature and the push gets instant push back. This group is has pushed inthe past and continues to push.
  10. Get the saw out, I need a new set of rattlin antlers anyway.
  11. I have the '03 500. Of course mine is green, not pink or blue or whatever the color was...lol What type of hitch does it have on it? If is just the straight hitch for a ball and you think you would want an actual 2" receiver let me know and I will show you pics of the Mod I did on mine. Can out mint and no more screwing around. If you need ramps to go pick it up I have a set you can borrow.
  12. That is static load and as long as it isn't exposed to a falling load it probably has a safety rating of at least 2x. Keep the connection points high as possible.
  13. Moog, I know two guys that own the Raptors . neither of them will lose site of the pavement in theie lives either. As a side note. What does your husband drive? He must have a real truck...
  14. It will fit in the Dakota. The rear wheels will be oton the tail gate but that even happens a bit in my F150 crew cab . The satnce onteh 400 I think is almost identical to my 500 and I think in the Dakota you will have to drive over the wheel wells a bit going in. Very easy to do with the 4 wheel drive. just watch if it has a winch as it come over. I have seen twice guys a bit heavy and overly excited on the throttle and it cost both of the a rear window.
  15. I would grab that in a heart beat
  16. Grow, What type of rope, size and what rating did it have?
  17. Well that is just short sighted and shows you immaturity. The conversation should go more like "hey honey it is about time to rearrange you shedule again this year and pick that third job back up. Deer season starts in 2 weeks and I want the kids to have a really nice Christmas. Oh and the new rifle I want is on lay away. here is the pick up ticket. No need to wrap it for me." Geeeesh. gotta teach you guys everything.
  18. <<<<<========= Actually more or a leg guy. Racks are over rated.
  19. Well I guess I just slid into the old timer pool. 48. I have been in the construction industry for 26 years. Started in the trades and worked my way up and into management. I used to live the business but our govt and ever increasing regulation has really taken the fun of building out if it. Most likely even if you find a career you live now it will change down the road. So many outside influences on us and our markets. Find one you can tolerate. Can make a good buck and offers advancement and will give you time to do the things you love outside of work. After all most of us work to live. Not live to work. And from now to the day you retire, outside of any retirement or short term savings or investments. Take 5-10% of your check and tuck it away. Always always always. What are you into right now? 20. "Generally" speaking, "always" IS and absolutism. Guess that make you and extremist Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  21. I am an equal opportunity hater. I Hate all curren't politicians and probably the future ones too.
  22. doesn't surprise me. It is their jumping the gun on the Unsafe act $hit.
  23. It really is about attitude and body size. I have lost site of a few bucks I wan'ted to try to take only to show back up after the rut/season. I watched a couple of them get run right off the field by a buck with just a little bigger body and not nearly the rack.
