    So far I've seen 3 squirrels and one turkey

    From personal experience with a shot gun you'll get way better accuracy and be able to take further shots with the 26" barrel. The 18 1/2" barrel is go from in the thick brush and home defense.

    My farthest with the bow was 42 yards for deer and 41 for a turkey. The majority of my shots have been 25 yards and in.

    I for sure miss the Monday opener bow hunt saturday morning party and play poker saturday night recuperate on sunday and have an entire week to gun hunt because you only had to take 3 days off because i already had thanksgiving and friday off. Seemed like there were way more guys in the woods for a Monday opener vs saturday opener.

    I've Never been so unprepared. I nearly as much as i would like still haven't put my bow bag together most years at this point its been put together and ripped apart at least a dozen times. Not sure yet what day will be my first day in the woods but im sure I'll be ready and pumped up by then .

    Middle row 3rd lure to the 6th lure are those bagleys? If those are bagley lures The 3 that are chartreuse are slamming lures i caught to many big pike and musky on that lure. Great lures im sure they will sell fast good luck.

    I will also guess 500+ look at the big head sagging belly and huge a$$ end . That bear will put on plenty more weight between now and December.
