He was OK but no its not my current spot. My place is loaded with does and the bucks tend to show up come later OCT. I have enough cams that if I had one patterned, I will hunt him. Otherwise, I will wait for the early rut.

Sir William disagrees

and the mystery is solved! although I am pretty sure the chairs are named after Sir William Adirondack of England.

Having lost one of my properties, last year I sat out early season (and frankly most of the season) but I did see quality bucks on 3 of the 4 hunts I got out - if I had cleared some vines in front of the scrape or if that big buck took 1-2 more steps - if only. So I think patience is a virtue if only hunting one small parcel. Hopefully I actually get out more this year with my personal life starting to settle down but I will be very careful not to burn it out so early season may be field edges only if at all.

Congrats Eddie! That's an awesome milestone. And enjoy the tomahawk ribeye! Their orzo mac and cheese is a great side!

I did not know that salt potatoes are a local thing only. Interesting.

Cool - how well does the lumber hold up considering its not pressure treated? Nice that you mill your own as its getting expensive! -
Cut lawns but first real job at 16 was working at a gym - opened and closed weekends.

I have tuned a lot of bows. And I will say that SET is a true game changer. Can pretty much bareshaft tune any reasonable arrow in minutes with a few turns of the screws. Might not mean much to those that aren’t anal about tuning but if you are, it’s a huge benefit.

Congrats. SET makes tuning a breeze!

Looks great John!

Please elaborate on this concept of “kids cleaning up”.

Rotary mower vs Flail Mower

Bryan i think the hog is better for rough stuff with small trees and shrubs but the flail does a neater job on grass. -
Thanks all. Had a fun day in the Talon yesterday and in San Antonio now for the rest of the week.

Its the panic that causes crashes. Most advisors will tell you to stay the course and ride it out. For that reason, I ignore my statements. lol

Good question. I am sure it’s a combo of many things. Values have changed for the worse and technology has led to less parental influence and more peer influence. Not necessarily a good thing for youth. Then again, some parents should not be parenting.

I doubt that shirt weighs 30lbs Law. If so, I have quite a few that must weigh more! -
You can get a clarifier for your peep. Never used one as that isn’t my issue yet.

I stopped using it after a few times. Just too inconvenient to be honest. But I did increase the font on my iPhone. Lol
