100 percent right! The only issue is that were supposed to be in a cooling cycle where ice is expanding the poles, instead of loosing ice like we have been. Look up Milankovic cycles.

The number of tags you get is determined by the WMU you hunt. Every one gets one buck tag for archery and another for rifle season. After that the number of doe tags can be anywhere from 0-4 or even unlimited depending where you hunt.
I know this isn't something done commonly here but back where my family is from this is something everyone did if they knew where the trees were. These are the flowers from a basswood tree and it makes amazing tea. About an hours work of picking maybe 3% of the tree yielded me months worth of tea. All I have to do now is pick some more and let them dry for a few weeks.

Look up randy newburg on youtube. He gives tons of info on DIY public land elk hunts and hunts that you don't need PP points for. I think he had a break down where somewhere where he showed that you can easily take a DIY elk hunt for less than 2k if you go with someone else. Let me know what you end up doing because I'd love to go on a DIY elk hunt.
Ive heard both as well and im quite sure the law makers have no problem not clearing the issue up. Safe route would be to go through an ffl because you never know.
Yes its called blue mountain sportsman center up in cortland manor. Its the same place I go to, to sight in my rifle. Give them a call and ask, but im almost 100 percent sure they allow broadheads. At least ive seen guys shoot broadheads there.
Are you willing to go up to westchester? There is a range up there around 45 min or so from NYC that allows for broadheads. Honestly I don't know of any indoor ranges that allow broadheads near NYC. There maybe some in Nassau and some in suffolk if your willing to go there.
You have to be careful down there. Ive seen way too many rods be taken over the rails at pier 60 and other piers in the area. I believe its usually sharks that do that.
