Interesting hunt! Boy do I hate spine shots though..... I've killed 4 or 5 antelope over the years and NEVER seen country like THAT! It's always been bald as a cue ball where I've chased them. Those young guys get all the action.

My father and I hit the Mighty Niagara River and did real good. We boated 7, the largest being 18". Actually two were about that, one might have been 17.5" We used soft shell crabs and bass chubs but never caught a single one on the crabs. Dad doesn't like to hit it too early so we never made our lines wet until about 8:30am. Plenty of other boats were hitting them good too. All the fish are cleaned and in the fridge. The boat is buttoned up and I'm ready to close my eyes for a half hour or so.........!!

A good friend of mines wife organized this flash mob for her cousin who is in rough shape, battling pancreatic cancer. Pretty sad deal as she. She is married with (I believe) a 5 year old daughter. Hopefully this gave her a little enjoyment..........................

I just bought my first set; a six pack for my 5 shot .38 S&W revolver. I have no fear in dry firing (for trigger and breathing practice) my centerfire rifles.

I started. Fore and aft cork grip, real seat and butt cap were glued up this morning. Spine on tip section was located, tip eye epoxied on, remaining guides spaced, taped on and ONE is wrapped. It was/is a royal PIA when you have bad eyes and poor dexterity in your fingers....... Maybe this was a bad idea?? I'll get back at it tomorrow night, Saturday is Opening Day of bass season and I need to be ready! Oh man are my eyes are toasted..............................................

Nice! I can dig all those little birds. Chickadee's are my very favorite, they always seem happy. Here's some from this past winter.......(although they're not chickadee's) Keep those shots coming.

Happy Fathers Day to all! I'm just loafing around for now. In a bit I'll wash my truck, cut the lawn and weed whack. Our family will gather for a BBQ later on so that should fill the day nicely.

The dent-ability of the aluminum could be a concern but it's probably thicker than a soda can.........probably?!?!
