  1. Just like the country song .... God is great beer is good and people at crazy .... A deer ain't worth getting thrown in the clink and i think worse yet is dealing with fellow hunters like you that are straight shooters that tell them like it is. I bet she doesn't like you any more...hehe
  2. Scary indeed, I think I read that some of the ex orders were kept secret too. Not sure if I got that right because it was late when I was reading. Land of the free my ass!
  3. Thanks for the tips on what loads to use.
  4. It worked on me Joe, I went right to researching executive orders and the history of them last night when I saw your post. I knew it was a bs post but it got me curious. I get more enjoyment reading some of the posts here than I do participating most times concerning politics that is.
  5. Diversion ditch, that is what the one spot I have in mind has. I found it Turkey hunting last spring, damn Tom jumped it and disappeared but it was loaded with Geese at the time and had Ducks flying up and down the creek. So easy an amature could shoot one there, like me!
  6. Well I am mostly ready, minus my best dog. He isn't going to be home until about the 14th but I won't have time until then anyway.
  7. I have a silly idea, shoot heavier arrows, you will then need more pins to cover all the ranges. Heavier is better.
  8. I want to give it a go this year but have never been for Goose so I am going to have to wing it. Pun intended. : )
  9. "I love this stump so much I am gong to hug it" Would that make him huggie bear?
  10. He is listening for approaching foot steps. Wierd pic, but neat.
  11. haha Dinsdale, thats to easy to look them up, its more fun to get these guys all wound up. Worked like a charm! You can look them up on the White house web page.
  12. I would move the nocking point up by the way and see if that works if you don't want to go to a shop.
  13. Genious, you are an innovator. I'm going to try that deer hunting this year.
  14. Have your knocking point checked at a shop, a tiny adjustment in that will cure your problem. As little as 1/16 will make a difference to a broadhead, field points are more forgiving that broadheads.
  15. You can see the arrow flexing as it goes in a cork screw flight Grow.
  16. Just a guess but he most likely isn't a "breeder" just a person that has puppies for sale, if that makes sense. And AKC would only mean that they are pure bred and have paid the due's to register the litter with the club.
  17. Yes what he said ^ ex. 100gr field points means you should use 100gr broad heads. Up and down is less of a biggie as inconsistent groups and left or right.
  18. I hear he is starring in a new movie, "Grumpy old Dictators"
  19. I'm sure he would let you pay more if you want to. Most beagles are lower cost unless you get a show dog or field tested line.
  20. I do that with other game birds too like Pheasant or Chukkar, or even in a parm fashion. Works great.
  21. Corn or corn byproducts are in many foods, it's pne reason why Americans are fat. Between oil in packaging and corn in foods, our grocery bills are are going to go up considerably.
  22. So I went and shot skeet today for the first time ever and did pretty good with the gun. A nice guy helped us out and basically gave us a lesson for free and I was able bust a bunch of clays. He gave my wife a look after I told him I had never shot skeet before and I proceeded to nail the first few. Hehe My wife tried it and did well with it too, don't even have a skeet choke yet. Thumbs up from me!
  23. Haha no I'm all set for now, I have a trip Maine for birds planned that I need to pay for. About the price of a gun though.
