I have a bunch of stuff listed on At so this is just the cursory list- pm me for pics, looks, questions and obviously expanded descriptions. Summit viper so decked out 210$ TONs of hunting clothes- medium and large- gray wolf wool, predator a lot of which is brand new 2017 stuff), Sitka, first light, various under layers..all high end stuff. A Hoyt dorado 55# w quiver, ilf 28, some extras Zen ray ed4 8x binos (if you don’t know what they are believe me in saying they’re the best bang for your buck bins made) lifetime warranty, like new paid 600, $290 Have some misc stuff, shotshell reloader, lansky and ? More to come- think I’m cleaning out the gun cabinet and then will have a safe for sale too. Some cheaper rifles and nicer stack barrels in subguage about some that up. Far too much gear not getting used. Near Darien Lakes- can meet you during the day if you’re in wNY. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Had some shanks cut for OB this yr as did my buddy. He’s had two attempts to which he said both turned out dry. Any tricks beyond a good seer and low&slow covered? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Why didn’t you click your safety off and shoot him? 🧐 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Another fanboy rescue. If someone posted the crossbow injuries this year through the nation and said they’re more dangerous than compounds it would be an okay debate. BUT your bud posts a thread of warning for one of the best guns made based on 3 supposed stainless version failures and that’s a good being a Good Samaritan and guardian angel. Just put it in proper context, title it appropriately and have the balls to say why you dislike them and discredit them despite having no experience with them beyond and internet article. Wasted my time reading that. All stainless. Two formal cases. Multiple reported returns for barrel damage by rear sight mount. This guy borrowed the gun and shot it next to his pregnant wife. Refused to share pertaining info such as if the attorney contacted him. Others tried to sell damage guns back to savage. Savage found most of the damaged guns to suffer from overloading. Remington and other companies sued were quoted. Sounds like misuse turning into a retirement plan to me. Please keep us up to date on all the other safety issues out there unfairly haunting our community. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Provide proof of your statement relaying “45 barrels” burst. Also curious, what other gun and/or product safety public service announcements have you posted for the forum? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This state? Haha Remember you’re asking a question to an audience that probably is not proficient at 1) hunting mature bucks and 2) hunting public.... so beware of your answers. This is, let alone, someone just handing over all of their intel to you. That being said- the ADKs. You just need to have the time, perseverance and skill to make it happen Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

What a stupid post. If you google rem 700, moss berg 500, or any other popular model you’ll see there are failures. There may be 3-4 out there for 10mls (ALL STAINLESS TOO MIND YOU) and now some post hero will save the hunting community. Bubba uses a smokeless set up? Actually bubba would use pellets. Please use what you like but to bad mouth something you don’t have or know about just keeps the performance level of this forum and NY hunters where it is at. Idiots Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

8g and 9f here....heard no less than 125 shots today..some well after legal shooting and bet w dozen is a better number before legal here and the same number after. I agree with the sentiments that the actual sunrise sunset rules for big game are dumb....but NY gun hunter lawlessness is insane Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Sold my hand climber and my sit and climb. Still have a summit viper - all the best mods and only 1.5 yo. Btw- do not get an x1. They’re downright scary to use. Lots of flex. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That’s just where the Dad laid the gun for the kids grip and grin with his buck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Tried it the first yr they were shown in the wkp vids (?3yo)- no real takers and I used a tree that was rubbed for the trunk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hope you do better with which way the arrow points than anatomy

Get stealth strips, a hazmore seat and the third hand stabilizer straps...you’ll thank me. New pack straps wouldn’t hurt either.

Hunting Bill Passed but Cuomo hasn't signed it yet
gjs4 replied to dbHunterNY's topic in Deer Hunting
Our penalities for game laws are a joke and that’s made even worse by being tried in the local courts. If you can throw ethics and morals aside a guy could be a limitless access trophy chaser for less than being a legal hunter -
Kidney hit! Seriously. Drops them like a rock. Most important part is what you’ll do to try and never hit one back again.

Recovery rate with your bow (poll, but names not public)
gjs4 replied to Core's topic in Bow Hunting
I think vertical bow hunters are much more atune to tracking than gun hunters as a norm ....they may report more losses than the gun guy who lobs a few slugs at 250 but didn’t see him drop or find blood where as an archer recovers and arrow and sees a more natural less traumatic reaction. Tough to compare. -
To late to for Winter Rye throw and mow??

Think we timed that perfectly with all this rain -

Threw down a lot of it today (but on bare soil). -
That meme proved your points....oh wait you didn’t have any; just that really funny picture. Looking forward to your “ Where did the deer go” threads...

How about follow the intel you gathered from sting and immerse scouting or stay out until prerut?

Trying to convince someone, let alone the core group of forum fanboys, is a waste of your time. They “know” NY and the DEC are best for they never are confronted about their choice to shoot the first milk muzzled fawn that comes by them. They actually embrace our hunting culture and opportunity because they’ve fostered it.

How many of the four weren't true? Most don't like to change, or thing or be called out on this good ok boys club forum. There is zero prerogative to be rude or insulting in anything I post. Stands on food plots, talk of deer not knowing better or sneaking by them... I'll embrace MY character flaw over a lack of learning or intelligence anyday. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Got me and the deer fooled. What was the name of your tv show again? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The book is his worst- even the others in deer search state this unprovoked. The genius above bragged about using an unlicensed dog to track his deer. The crayon comment- well that's about people who need explanations as much as it is for those who know one thing and call it then best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
