https://thecookful.com/bake-chicken-wings-crispy/ These just about as good as fried. I have grilled them, salt them and let the skins dry good. Then just set on medium flame until cooked, then crank it for a couple of minutes to crisp up, then sauce as you like.

Please pray for my younger sister, she has been fighting cancer for several years. The end is near for her soon. We are in CT to say goodbye while she can still be with us. Difficult time for all, her daughter had to postpone her wedding that was to be in 2 weeks. I lost my younger brother to cancer a few years ago too. This is just not fair. NO COMMENTS NEEDED JUST PRAYERS FOR HER PEACE AND COMFORT PLEASE Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Corona Virus Thread
Otto replied to Al Bundy's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
My wife went to Costco today and she said people were running to the back corner to get TP after they opened the doors. The checkout line was as long as the store, from cashiers back to the meat counter. -

Cute Little Knife

That stuff looks like a little gold mine. Might be worth it to check out the values of things before you list them on EBay and give away a $100 lure for $5. Not sure where you would look though..... -
Super mount for sure! Gotta wonder haw that wound got there and how much pain it was for him....

Paul, you can try on Dry Shod at Baldwinsville Farmers Co-op behind Hudson and Mowins. I’m don’t thin k they have all of the models, but they have a pretty full selection.

No, have my grandmothers old ones, smooth as a babies bottom. But it looks like it would work. I have a lodge grill pan with raised ridges inside it, so it has limited use.

LL Bean bird/small game hunting vest and jacket FREE
Otto replied to Otto's topic in Hunting Items For Sale and Trade
Done and done! Send me a PM with name and addresses! Glad they will be used! -
Both if these are nice LLBean items, worn only a couple times. Very little blood on them! The strap vest is nice for warmer days and has a good size game bag. It is size XL/XXL. The jacket is a size XL, but i suspect it is a womens jacket incorrectly labeled as a mens because it is a bit small on me, and the buttons are on the left side of the jacket, opposite of the usual way on mens clothing. Free to a good home where they will get some use, shipping in NY included. (Paying forward some blessings in my life) Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

You will note that my beer glass is in focus, so my phone knows what to do on its own.

I have 2 Erie pans too, also my Grandmothers. I think there are 2 or 3 more in the basement, including one made for corn bread. When I have a lot of really stuck on stuff I will add a little water to the pan, heat it up quick and then clean out with paper towels. I also re-season right away while pan is still warm with light oil or Crisco.

Larry, I have been on one of the big ship cruises, and last year we did a 1200 mile 2 week drive around in Alaska. You can’t go wrong with either one! I would not be overly concerned with the CoronaVirus on the cruise ship. Just use your usual precautions while traveling. The cruise ships, small and large are the best way to see the Inner Passage. They usually include about half the time on land, Anchorage and up to Denali, then back down to the shore to get on the ship for the Inner passage tour. Last year, we did a land tour with another couple that started in Anchorage and went to Homer, Seward, Valdez, and then all the way up to Denali. We had reservations at each location, as well as pre-planned activities, but had lots of time on our own to do other things too. Contact me if you are interested in this trip, we had a great Alaskan based travel agent that planned out the whole trip. She was wonderful to work with! I’ll even mail you our travel books and itinerary, because I would do this trip AGAIN tomorrow if I could!!!!

I’ve seen trail cam pics of a nice bear in the Pitcher area from last year.

I am going to this QDMA event coming up on Thursday March 26, 2020 at Barbagallos Restaurant in East Syracuse. It would be great to see a few Central New Yorkers here and if we get three or more forum members we can call it an official GTG. Who is from Central New York? @Fletch @Robhuntandfish @chrisw I am sure there are more! Link to purchase tickets is here: https://www.qdma.com/event/cny-qdma-sportsmans-annual-banquet-ny/

We had a cooking class at a local Italian food store. Make your own dinner, then eat it there. Fun night and a good meal! Shrimp and Scallops in a Vodka Cream Sauce with homemade gnocchi. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

We are going to a cooking class tonight at a local Italian food store (my idea). Turns out she has “bunko” tomorrow night and 12 ladies all decided that they would rather play bunko than be with their husbands on Valentine’s Day! So I will be alone at home for Valentines, which is actually just fine with me!

Time to make the meatballs! And then the sauce of course.... Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
