The NYPD surely isn't a police department that would look the other way with stupid laws like this knife law. I've heard it said that cops and police department's are generally pro-gun, but the NYPD is most definitely NOT one of them. They are as anti-gun as you can get and would be more than happy if no one was allowed to possess any sort of weapon.

It can be hard to pick a favorite knife. Some I really like, but I rarely if ever use. Don't mean to derail this thread, but what I think would make an even more interesting thread would be if people posted pics of their entire hunting/outdoor knife collections similar to what Stay at Home posted above. I like knives and I think it would be pretty cool to see what people have. And it don't matter if some might have only a knife or two. That could be considered their collection.

Bob is the man for sure. He gave up so much of his own hunting time last season to personally guide several of the "Field to Fork" candidates to successful hunts. That alone deserves a medal.

If I were a deer, I'd prefer to get shot with one of these arrows over boring carbon or aluminum arrows. At least I'd go out in style! LOL

If you get them off within a day you should be fine. It seems like a lot of people freak out and want antibiotics right away whenever they might find a tick on themselves, but I don't know if that's a smart idea. If you see the bullseye type rash, then go for them, but otherwise you are probably doing more harm than good taking unnecessary antibiotics.

So, you think you got snookered by Trump? You've got to give him credit for being a master with his roadshow and theatrics. He is a modern day PT Barnum and he has a great ability to make suckers out of people. I do think he will win a second term, most especially with the cast of clowns that the democrats are throwing up against him, but his true colors will show in the second term when he no longer has to appeal to the people who voted for him since he cannot run for a third term. Historically he has not been loyal to anyone or anything, so in my opinion it will be his next term that will define him.

My uncle got me started on hunting at 14 which was the legal age to hunt small game at the time, but the one thing he did not do enough of was have me shoot at targets to improve my shooting ability. He'd pretty much give me the ammo to hunt with, but didn't really want to burn too much of it at targets for practice. I'd say I was in my 20's already before I really learned the skill of shooting by going to the rifle range frequently on my own.

Actually, maybe knocking out ones baby teeth with the recoil of a Weatherby rifle is good childhood preventive dentistry since Biz seems to have a good set of teeth in adulthood. He certainly likes to show them off in the numerous pictures he's posted of himself. LOL

I think if you poll the people on the street in NYC a good many might agree with you, although there are also plenty who wouldn't. The problem is that it don't matter what the people think. The NYC council along with the Mayor are nothing but a bunch of idiot clowns who will decide for themselves. This could most definitely become law. The crazier and stupider the idea or issue, the more likely it will be supported by these nutjobs in NYC.

That's a good one! I've had the same box of 10 shells for the last 15 years, so I haven't spent much money either. I have 9 left. The one shell I shot was just because I wanted to check to see if the gun still works. LOL

I hope that I am wrong about Halle, but it is well known fact that the vast majority of celebrities are very liberal in every way imaginable and very anti-gun. You'd have plenty to add to your ass hat list.
