  1. Great news Eddie, I hope for a speedy recovery! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. My favorite of these shows was "alone" on history channel. Some of those fellas and women impressed me! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Haha that's funny because yesterday I carried my glock 40 with leupold delta point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. This timing is funny because yesterday after dropping some trout filets off to my 98yr old neighbor he was telling me about a book he is reading about a trapper from the Yukon and then went into stories on how he spent winters in the ADK's trapping after WW2. I could sit and listen to him for days if I had time. Onto your question I'm sure I could do it but it certainly wouldn't be enjoyable for me. I enjoy going into my tent camp for a couple weeks at a time but after about a week I start missing electricity and running water. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. When I worked construction it was always the joke for guys who used dewalts that they were painted black and deckers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Couldn't agree more! The younger the better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Well dewalt is a black and decker company so... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. You are on the right track with those two, I have an LCR and like but never forget carry it because I'm not a revolver guy for carry purposes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Realistically for the average homeowner they are all way better than they were 10yrs ago. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I'm also a dewalt convert, in my opinion they are not comparable rigid hands down. If you need the absolute most power the Milwaukee are the winner but for a good tool that has the best warranty rigid wins. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Rigid! Lifetime warranty on everything including batteries! I've had the Samson for 3 years now and it get abused regularly including using it in an ice auger and haven't had a problem. I'm using it today on an 8" auger. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. 24", 25" don't know what they weighed, we ended up with 7 for the day only kept those 2. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I here it's good but I haven't fished perch in lake George in 15yrs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. What an idiot that guy is! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. lake George laker action with Maddog Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. NO, if I had to wait until I was 16 to walk through the woods with a gun I would have missed out on at least 8 years of the best memories of my youth. Walking around in the woods with a gun was my favorite thing to do as a kid. I had very strict parents and couldn't leave my yard on my bike until I was probably 13 or 14 but I was very young when I had my own gun cabinet and could use them when I wanted to. That being said I was very well aware that if I did something stupid with them It wouldn't be good for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Coolest thing I ever found in the woods was a moose shed in the Adirondacks. It was a big shed and in perfect condition. I was hunting out of a Friends camp and felt donating it to the camp was the right thing to do. I can't wait until I can find another because I want one for my basement trophy room. 18. You have a boat? Rogers Rock is about half an hr from port Henry on lake George. Beautiful camp ground, awesome beach and some of the best fishing in the area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Thanks but I want something more permanent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I emailed them but they're website only mentions powder coating. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I am also a lefty but I hate shooting lefty autos, everything seems backwards to me. I learned this lesson the hard way on a M2 I bough this past summer. If you haven't shot a lefty auto try one before you drop that much jingle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I have 2 rifles I want to get cerakoted or something similar. I want them as tough as possible because they are my two main tracking still hunting rifles and do/will get beat up. Anyone have any recommendations/experience on where/what to have it done? Done care about looks just want durability. One of them is my old 760 that the blueing is shot on and gets rusty quick the other is a 7600 that has Remington's crappy bluing and rusts when there is rain in the long range forecast. 23. You sound like me, pistol cartridge carbines are contagious, this is an old pic I now have another auto and a couple more levers and a new stainless Marlin is on order. I just hope it's not junk like most of the other new Marlins I have saw. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
