I had beagles some years back,100% outside dogs,never came in house.I used to put blankets in houses and a large metal coffee can with a 100 watt spotlight in it.This worked great dogs stayed warm and wife was happy.

WTB utlity trailer, prefer aluminum but will consider steel.6'X12' minimum,6.5'x12' or 14',single axle only.I sold a real nice alum trailer on here a few months ago, wished i didn't .I am open to traveling to finger lakes region,Rochester etc.anywhere from the deep south towns to Seneca,Cayuga lake region. PS no old rusted out trailers Thanks

Got a pair of the Sorels,bought them about 24 years ago.I just wear them for cold hunting situations .Best cold weather boots i have ever had and reasonably comfortable to walk in.

Any county which has a large urban city,as Buffalo/Erie or Rochester/Monroe are extremely slow and usually don’t give out full carry permits on first application,unless you work for or own some kind of business that would constitute the full carry.Thats the way it was explained to me 18 yrs ago. Story sure ended in a positive note, sure could of been catastrophic .Hope all the guys and girls that dont wear a harness will read and heed.Great ideas to change out all those quality chinese straps every year.

I will start with camo during archery.Some orange, jacket,hat,vest during gun season.Not wearing some orange during gun-muzzleloader is like being in tree stand with out a harness. State, private posted land or anywhere else without some orange is only asking for trouble. My opinion only

I have a Brave 34 ton that i bought about 14 years ago.It splits horizontal or vertical, with a 8 hp BS motor.I do around 40 -50 face cord a year, has worked flawlessly.My only change would be a Honda motor for quieter running. If and when you purchase a splitter,DO NOT loan it out, you will have a machine that will last you a life time.
