One thing to consider is doing some research on IIHS crash tests , the new Chevy / GMC did not fair as well as the #1 rated Honda ridge line , F150 and Ram . Toyota Tundra came in last .

Yeah we were on pins and needles there for a bit . It was looking pretty ominous for a bit .

My family genetics are not great, cancer runs in the family as does heart problems. I am trying to help myself as much as I can. Haven’t smoked since I was a teen, always been a hard worker and I go to the gym at least 3 days a week. Now that I work for the state well let’s just say I don’t work as hard as I used to. I am back on my weight loss regimen though. I have lost 55 lbs total but had to loose 15 again that I gained back. Looking to loose another 25 so 75 lbs total, I can say just getting the 15 off again I feel better. I am 49 now, I hope to make it to at least 70 .

Yep that was quite the storm we had , had a tornado watch here in Campbell . Looks like the area of county route 1 over the hill to Addison got hit hard and about 2000 homes/businesses lost power in painted post area.

When I hunted on my cousins 100 acres I had my (killing tree) it was on a ridge in a 100 yard wide finger that connected big woods on both sides. Myself and wife killed a pile of deer in that finger . I shot my best buck from that tree and should have had 3 other really nice bucks , don’t ask .. Now we’re going into our second yr on 63 acres and still learning the new property. But after what a saw last year I have a few spots that I have a good feeling about for the rut this yr.

Before next summer I am going to clean and sandblast my mower deck and then apply POR 15 . It’s s ceramic based paint for coating auto frames and such. Ive used it before and it’s very durable, protects from rust and seals .
