I've owned three campers. The last a 33ft Mallard. Are you goung to travel around with it? Or set up on a seasonal site? If traveling, don't max out the tow capacity of your tow vehicle. If buying used, always check the flooring for soft spots, due to roof leaks. Camping with a travel trailer can be really fun!

"Bet I could fit my head in there". I'll just let Pygmy finish this one...............

The BPS sticko-worms are pretty close, as are the Gander and some other versions. But if I'm using that type of bait in a tournament, The real Yamamoto Senko is what I'll be throwing. For salt content and the little wriggly action on the ends, nothing beats the real thing. Fishing for fun, I don't think it makes a 'big' difference if you use the imatitions, as they all will catch fish.

Happy Birthday S-s!

No Senko's??? Ya gotta get some! On of the easiest baits to catch fish with.

I miss the water too! The boat has been waiting on me. Was working on it some more tonight. Had an issue with the transducer on the trolling motor. Noticed the pull up rope is frayed too. Will fix that tomorrow after work. Then the boat is good to go! Will try to get up to Saratoga lake this weekend, but my grandson has games both days. So not sure if I'll make it. A tourney on the lower Mohawk on Saturday, that I usually do well at. Maybe? Work is still crazy busy! But I feel a sickness coming on next week for sure! One way or another I'll be out before this time next week! Good luck and tight lines to all heading out!

But just think of all the ammo you are saving!!!

Don't forget the albino coyotes too!...........................grin

You firefighters, and cops, are "always on the job"! Good thing too. As there is never a shortage of people needing help.

Nice mounts! They look great up there!

Cool pic! Very rare to get that on cam!

We have a couple Eagles on the property. That's just the other side of the lake. I'm sure you saw one of em.

Sorry rob, didn't see this till just now. Next time you go to Thompsons, or anywhere, pick up a couple bags of Senkos. Just tie on a #2 or 3 wide gap hook, and hook the worm once, through the middle. Wacky style. Just throw it out, let it do it's thing till it hits bottom, then pull it up a few inches and let it fall again, and rest on the retrieve. Green pumpkin is a good color to start with just about anywhere.

Thought it looked familiar. ......hehehe, I grew up there. Next time go to the public launch site. By the old hotel. Walk to the right as you face the lake and go to the rocks. Much deeper there and the bullheads bite most times. Also good chance for a bass or even a trout there too. Some big ones in that lake! If you go in a boat, pm me, and I'll give up some spots to fish.

It will be a very good workout, and take a little time. But it will work! You should be able to do an acre in a day no problem. If you have hard clay and rock it will be harder of course. But for places where getting in bigger equipment is not an option, this is something that will work fine. Much better, I think than throw and grow. Just more sweat equity!!

Even as a Yankee fan, I say that just ain't right! Sanchez is having a dismal year. And doesn't look even close to climbing out of the pit he is in. In fact, if he hasn't come around by the ASB, he should be sent down to Scranton to figure it all out. I like Romine better anyways.
-
That should work fine for what you want to do moog. For most food plots, you wont need to go that deep. Perhaps four inches or less. Even if you just cut spray and rough up the surface, it will be enough. Good luck buddy.

Where you at? Looks nice. Good luck.

I wonder if that homeowner really likes his deer, and enjoys the finer things in life? That would explain a lot!

Many years ago, I had an 80 something guy tell me, "the older you get, the more ways the doc's find to degrade ya". Based on my own experiences, he was right on the money. But I am still sucking air, so I'll just continue to follow Drs. orders. Beats the alternative.

You would think someone would take care of the infection in his back leg. Must be they only care about the antlers.

Lets make a friendly wager. You and I on the same property. Any property! Pick a deer, and lets see who can get a cell pic of that deer first. My property, your property, or public land, you pick the place. Be interesting to see how it would all shake out, would it not?
-
And they would also come back out, with thousands less in their bank account, and the sweet satisfaction of shooting a deer behind a fence! So if the fence is big enough, do you then call it free range hunting? Or just harder to hunt farm raised deer?

I think the night before, is always worse than the day of. Hoping for 'clean' results my friend.

Glad no one was hurt, and it didn't spoil the fun.
