I think women recruitment is a little tougher especially those who comes from families that don't hunt or don't know anyone who does. Even for men, it's some what bold to trust a stranger and follow them deep into the woods while they're armed. I had bumped into a woman a couple of years ago that was interested in hunting. I extended my invitation to her as I've done with others only that she was the first female. Eventually she asked if my wife hunts and when I told her she doesn't, I never heard back from her again. It was clear she was only comfortable with venturing out with other females. Understandably so.

I have both a binos and monos. I use the binos if I know I'm going to be sitting a lot and when I'm bored, I look around with my binos. Bird watch a little. The mono's are super light weight and compact. The problem I find with mono's is that they're not as comfortable to hold and not as clear. Also harder to hold steady for some reason. I use my mono when hiking a lot to lose the weight. I hold use it when I spot something and want a quick look to identify it more clearly. I have the Vortex Solo Monocular in 10X. In retrospec, I think if I would have gotten it in 8X it might make enough of a difference in holding it steady.

It doesn't take much to expand the blades of functioning normally. For it to penetrate the tough hide and still not expand doesn't give much positive endorsements on those mechanical broadheads.

That simply goes to show that Rex is not a HC. He's a great defensive coordinator but has no clue with the other aspects of running a team. When Rex took over the Jets he essentially inherited Eric Mangini's team and tweaked it a little. But as he started to revamp the roster with his fingerprints it started to go down hill. The Jets are still trying to recover from it.
