Oh My God. Where did those delicious sounding culinary masterpieces come from? Please tell me, I may develop a twitch if I dont get to sample some soon.

Oh I know they do, my sons mom has family down there that hog hunts with Curs and Pits. They tried to get me down there to join them a few times, but it just never worked out. They do the knife hunting thing, seems like it would be alot of fun. Maybe one day Ill actually get to do it. Im not saying some of the things in the book are far fetched, Im saying that comparing what the fictional dog Old Yeller did to the fictional wolf in the book to things that have really happened is silly.

They are legal, and with a bow you dont shoot them in the breast, the goal is to hit the heart. Ive watched a bunch of videos on the subject, as Im planning to take my crossbow out to try and fill my second tag this year.

So seeing as the thread is fired up again, I see one of the high and mighty posters in it took some illegal out of season bass pictures and posted them in the live from the water thread yesterday. Im sure its ok with him though, its just a minor law, so no big deal if he breaks it.

We are working on getting a solution in place to stop the spammers once and for all. Im not sure why it wouldnt load at that time, could be server maintenance or something along those lines. Im not usually up at that time, so Ive never noticed it. -
He was supposed to but had to cancel at the last minute due to a contractor needing to meet him at his house that hes preparing to sell. Told us to go anyway. I am going to be out of town this week/weekend, but we have a full day on the water planned for the following weekend.

We took the boat out on Honeoye lake yesterday for its shake down run and did some fishing, mostly at the south end. Ended up catching some nice perch and chain pickerel.

Ive all but stopped drinking lately, but heres my list when I do... -Beam Fire and homemade hard cider -Crown Apple and 7Up -Skyy and cranberry (only when I have my period) -Crown on the rocks -Blue Light (or whatever beer is available) -Shine, but only from select sources -
I only like Thin Mints and Carmel Delights. The rest suck.

Yeah I really dont see the problem with this. If it gets more kids involved, then so be it. I do have to say though, what about the Girl Scouts? Do they have to let boys in as well, and will I be ordering "Scouts Cookies" in the future?
