  1. Sorry. It's beyond weird. They know about your wife's ass....
  2. WTF are those? Thinking your into more than biking. The c-19 making you lonely....
  3. Ohhhh boy. I'm so going to make this. Thanks for the idea. Tried the leek and potato soup. Didn't care for it at all.
  4. You guys should be ashamed... Tomorrow is mother's day. Is Candy still available?
  5. Snowing here now. If I hunt, not likely, I'm going to stockpile snowball's. Going to hit the gobbler so hard with a snowball that he would wish it was a load of #5's. Lol.
  6. I agree. Shooting low is tuff to compensate for. Hard to completely cover up the birds head and let her rip.
  7. Oh, can't wait for king Andy to approve it for hunting season. Shouldn't be long..
  8. How the hell do you mistake a deek for a real bird? I know they look more realistic then yrs ago, but if you're close enough to kill a turkey, you should be able to tell.
  9. I've hunted turkeys once in a snowstorm. Heard gobbling, but that's about it. I'm sleeping in Saturday.
  10. Not saying it's useless during full moons, it's just been my experience that it sucks.
  11. So sorry to hear moog. Prayers for a speedy recovery.
  12. Same experience here. Full moon = no or little gobbling. I've seen toms stay on roost for a hr or so after normal fly down.
  13. I gotten probably 7-8 multiple bearded turkeys. The only drop tine bucks I've gotten were during late ML. What I thought were does, weren't.
  14. I did have that bird mounted. Unfortunately, back then I didn't have a lot of spare money. Took bird to a friend of a friend. 3 months after getting bird back, it started dropping feathers, and had a faint odor. Didn't last long after that.
  15. Had it's own base. Never seen in any rule book that states the# of strands to be considered a beard. I've shot a couple nice birds over the yrs that had 9-10" beards with only a few strands. Winter can shorten or damage the beard.
  16. He's a good one. Shot a triple beard 25+ yrs ago. 11.25, 7.5, and 2.75. the third one was only 4or5 strands thick.
  17. Welcome to the circus.
  18. I charge $75-100 a stump.
  19. Glad you got it figured out before you got another chance at him.
  20. Never fished for striper's. And live 30 min from Albany. Don't know anyone who fishes for them. Looks like they would put up one hell of a fight. Are they good eating???
  21. Sitting by the fire, enjoying the sunset and listening to a turkey gobble across the road on neighbors property that I can't hunt. Lol.
