  1. Looking like a good portion of the pattern is hitting a tad left. More noticeable with the #5's.
  2. My brother in Michigan was supposed to fly down with all his kids and grandkids in June. That got cancelled. Buddies in Maine come for turkeys season, not sure if that's happening.
  3. Sorry. You've shown the fool you've become. The left has won if you can't see beyond this.
  4. Went to go into town and road was blocked off because of a tree down. Went a different route, and that was blocked off because of a tree across the road. Gusts in our area were in the 40-50 mph range. Probably got q 1 1/2" of rain. Clearing up now.
  5. Checked one of my spots today. 2" tall. Another week.
  6. This is only the second spring at our house. Never heard a gobbler around the house until a hr ago. Let dogs out, and they were going nuts. There were a few Jake's gobbling like crazy 100 yrds away.
  7. My dad was a tool and die maker after wwII. Then became a machinist in the 50's. He had the same chart, but it was foldable pocket sized. I've got his machinist tool box in my shop.
  8. Power went off for a second or two a couple times. Winds are really picking up. Good luck everyone.
  9. This is definitely good news. Glad to see young hunters won't have to postpone their first hunt.
  10. Wife is Definitely saving on gas. She's getting days per gallon. I've been busy doing lawn cleanup and other small projects at clients property's, so still using decent amount of gas.
  11. Truck driver for 8yrs. Mid 90's I ran the archery department in local gun sporting goods store. Started my landscape, property management business in '96. 3 more yrs and I plan on cutting by probably 1/2. 5 yrs and wife can retire with 32 yrs with NYS worker comp. Headed south.
  12. Hopefully it recovers. Found a redtail hawk on a back road couple yrs ago. DEC came and picked it up, but it died a few hours later.
  13. 70mph!!! Holy crap. Stay safe everyone. I'm in the 35-40 mph range.
  14. Point reached 203 before it became probe tender. Separated the two. Point resting before I cube it up for burnt ends. Flat getting wrapped. IT was 168°. I'll pull it when it's probe tender. Probably in the 198°+ range.
  15. 7 hrs in. Point at 170°. Flat is in the stall at 158°. I'll separate the two when the point reaches 202 ish.. Flat will get wrapped and back on the pit, to continue cooking. Point will be cut up for burnt ends, sauced then on the pit of another hr or so.
  16. 18lb brisket. All seasoned and ready to go on the smoker around 11 tonight for a 10-12 hr smoke
  17. I watched when it was on TV. Great show.
  18. Always liked their stuff. Just never been a collector. If I had a man cave, I'd have some.
  19. This is what I'm finding. Copy and paste from Google search. this eat into my tax refund for 2020? No. The ‘advance’ you’ve been hearing about is in reference to a special tax credit that’ll appear on the tax return you file in 2021 for the 2020 tax year — a tax credit that wouldn’t have been there if it wasn’t for these stimulus checks. So the Internal Revenue Service isn’t giving you some of your 2020 tax refund upfront. The stimulus check will be in addition to what you would’ve otherwise expected. Will it count towards my taxable income for 2020? No. This money is not considered income. It won’t be taxable and it won’t affect your income tax bracket for 2020.
  20. I see the wing feathers are starting to form. I like the gray ones...
  21. Couldn't zoom in very well on my phone, but definitely recognized several.
  22. Just did a quick search. From what I'm reading, it's not a advance of your 2020 tax returns. You won't have to pay it back and it won't affect your taxable income.
  23. Have no clue if it's going to be taxed at the end of the yr. All I know is it was deposited into our checking account with no taxes taken out.
