    Didn't see a thing tonite. A buddy of mine got a doe. If I don't get a deer by Friday I am done with bow season this year!!! Lol. Gonna be off w,th,f I think for a last push.

    Saw one small buck at 80 yards. But at least I saw a deer. Headed to lease for pm. Buddy was there today and kicked up two does and a buck on way in. With the snow it felt like gun season

    That's what I use. Bought the grinder and sausage attachment. Been using it for 4 years now and works great.

    Was part of the ground force this afternoon cause that wind was just too much in a stand. And not a damn thing. Sat in a spot with a big buck on cam but he didn't come by tonite. Sat 18 yards form this cam hoping he might show or even one of his ladies. And of course back out tomorrow. I have t,w,th off for a last ditch try but might have to change it due to weather. Will see.

    I have a Nikon I bought 4 years ago and haven't even had to change the battery yet. Don't need to spend a fortune in my opinion. They all do about the same. Price goes up if you want arc calculation etc. But how often so you really need that within 40 yards. I actually picked mine by size. Something that was small and can go in jacket pocket.

    Bought a one piece to over my thermals and have to say that was a great investment. Seems to make a big difference.

    Well let's see.... Started to drop my bow and caught it putting thumb onto broadhead, dropped bow down and had deer blow at me i didn't see, went to shoot at a deer and nothing in the chamber A buddy of mine brought a .22 on a bear hunt ( he thought he packed 300 savage), my other buddy whittled him a stick. First buck I ever got was on second day if gun season. Sat there for 4 hours and saw nothing. Stood up and stretched and there is a buck on my left at 50 yards. Luckily he didn't see me and I got my gun and shot him.
