This has been the best hatch here in years , 6 to 10 poults per hen, huge small flock 3 or 4 hens with 20 to 40 little ones.. even my 87 year old neighbor is excited to see so many hanging around.

They get their water from plants they eat and bugs ,drought actually helps them catch grasshoppers and crickets.

This shows a corn leaf but it hold true for all, bulbs require more p and k, nitrogen makes tops. , I usually plant mine with triple 19 at 100lbs an acre and keep a eye on it , you may see a myriad of colors at they are planted close. Turnips usually are 10 in to 12 in apart for maximum growth, while it's hard to overseed clover , brassica is very sensitive to crowding. You can mitigate some.loss by fertalize but you dont want to over fertalize as well.

Body says good 2.5, although not familiar with your area and every place is different as nutrition is as well. Could be a poor 3.5 year old.

Nice but looks thick for radish. May have to hit it with fert in a week or two or it may choke itself out..

Why I shoot 52 lbs and go through deer all the time.. no need for shoulder injuries.

Deer drop a body size in a 10th of a second or approximate 30 ft.per second, so distance of shot becomes the main factor. Faster speed only.lets you shoot a fraction longer distance. Or maybe 3 yards in this case. It really wont help much unless speed per sec is much higher.

Yes late season your regular buck tag becomes an either sex tag for muzzleloader/ crossbow

I've killed.more deer with vehicles than most hunters I know, I tagged out 7 deer many years in a row in my 33 years of hunting. Any thing more than a congrats seems to lead to resentment . Pitting a region vs region will inflate some ego.. i hunt because i enjoy eating it. Killing is anticlimactic. I enjoy my trail cameras more than hunting though I like seeing other take game , its automatic at this point, only difference is how big or how many for myself , 1st ibex us sausage , second is bacon and 3rd is cuts and ground.

Optima is all you need , the minor upgrades are more aesthetic than anything.

I believe he has to be listed on permit as a shooter but I'm not.positive on that, but I would.still call local pd and let them know a permit harvest was happening at.night myself

I only know as I have friend in west Seneca and he can discharge weapon and shoot at night at his nursery ,but he always calls local pd to let them know hes hunting that night, as no discharge laws and people call all the time when they hear gun go off.

Yes , they can take any time but are suppose to be antler less unless they have special permit for buck( tree nursey)

2 sec is a long reset time , you may want to set it in a feeding area or if on a trail nearly looking down it as compared to perpendicular to it as you may miss trailing animals walking single.file a longer look down a trail may give you multiple shots as activation zone will be occupied longer., I look forncamwras.with fastest rest.time possible if setting perpendicular to .trails . Its not.as.critical in a feeding.area as animals stick around longer. , you may also want.to set.for multiple shots on trails as.many times deer are.moving quickly.and.multiple shots may make up for longer reset times as a second or 3rd animal maybe in a 2nd or 3rd photo in a series. Clear.actvation zone from anything wind may blow into activation zone and give.you nothing but moving limbs / weeds

I'm thinking we just chalk this one up to covid and not wearing a mask....
