Just never had anyone to learn from, could jump shoot woodies off creek but doenst seem.right ,or when about 100 buffleheads landed on pond 50 yards from house...

The one does I know. I see early.canada hunters there from time to time. Cant say I've ever seen anyone hunt lake ,but they drain it 10ft and water would be hard to get to. Valley is flyway for snow geese it seems .

I always started low at 70 or 80 grain and got my.left to right dialed in, then noticed that every 5 grain raised impact bay about an inch.. keep adding 5 grain till I hear a sharp crack and then fine tune .

If it doesnt fall in sight ,30 min ,if shot looked questionable 1hr then look at sign. The hair and blood will tell you how long after that.

Looks like the best hatch here since the 90s.. should have lot of Jake's around come spring.

They land on the lake or farmers field next to lake. Once in awhile I'll get 50 or so duck land on the pond, ,buffle heads and wood ducks. Never tried to get them to land in my food plots but I'm sure they would . Canada geese do.

Never hunted goose or duck and I have a bunch flying over all the time, always amazed at the snow goose flights.

I thought about it but ,I have enough hunters to take the 10 doe a year I need removed to keep population stable.

If you have trouble pinpointing direction these wont help. They do let you pick up sounds you might miss. But you have ti get use to them so you can easily dismiss squirrel, chipmunk ect.. easy to do. As they shuffle rather than step..

Have had a friend do it several times, though he did hook up with an outfitter who helped pack his elk out via horse , gave him a several hundred dollar tip. Said it was a life saver running into him..

Friend called dec said to disregard and if tags showed up in mail to disregard as well... seems to be another glitch in the system

My cameras have an adjustable bracket that let it bend forward and lock in place works good on hillside and higher up in trees , even on trees that have good taper to them. No more putting a stick behind top of camera to get it level. Surprised more manufactures dont do the same. I rarely found a spot that can hang flat and level.. any mount that let's you do so is worth it imo

Never toss ,cabelas, dicks, and others, have good trade in policy on sale every year, I traded in old film cams and ones that died 30 bucks for new with trade.. not the best cams but good enough for possible theft areas.. even sent back to browning out of warrenty, fixed some for fee and gave 50% off on other cams on trade in if parts not available..

I use to shoot a lot when bows had minimal let off I needed the muscle and form started in july right up to season dozens of arrows a day.. Now I just picked up my bow after having range set up for 2 weeks. 8 arrows out to 50 yards all.would of killed a deer. Pins are set peep is set, kisser button and thumb touching jaw.. have level on sight to double check form and torque took a min to remember how to old and relax grip. I actually shot my bow better than my one x bow.. though I blame it on scope being knocked around took dozen shots to dial that back in.. only took two with bow at 20 to remember form and hold... Like most I'll practice up to 1st day of season then never draw bow for month while waiting for deer to shoot that I want... always amazes me the number of people that practice for months then never shoot all season ..and then they tell you how you need to practice for months....

I just buy from wallmart after the season 70% off , have dozens of rages at less than 2 bucks apiece ,I dont replace blades just put on new head.. cant be faster than unscrewing and putting new one on...

I've used rage on a 52 lb bow for many years cut on contact tip, pass thru all the time . Use what you have confidence in and proper shot placement is key
