Nothing wrong with any cuts of meat. The neck does offer up a good roast if you feel like messing with it.

As long as it's packed with dry ice.  I will gladly give 3 lbs of unshot ribs for 1 lb of backstrap.

Wow wow, you sure made a dent in the population! I was only able to get 7 last year.

They sell it retail. Some of the shippers have some special requirements shen shipping with it though. The place I get it from has blocks and pellets. It isn't cheap.

My cousin cooks the ribs in a pressure cooker, they go nuts over them. My husband and i love the neck.

I love the neck slow cooked with peppers, onions, and garlic! My mom always cooked it that way for us growing up.

I do the necks in the slow cooker like you would do pork for pulled pork. The ribs go to the yotes.

Hey; I remember readin' about that tooth in the other thread. LMAO

 

 

I don't waste any time with a deer.......I just cut the backstraps out when its layin' on the ground. No dragging or gutting.....and enough skinning for me in getting that is enough hard work for me.
