Let's not hope too much. Still quite a bit of leaf cover. Snow on leaves still attached to trees is not fun.

We had a freezing rain storm here in November 2002 coated the young oak trees with the leaves still on tipped a few out by the roots, that was depressing to lose those trees. The snow could hold a while longer  for my preference !

Snowing pretty good here.  I will take this over all the damn rain we have had for months straight.  Every 1 sunny day there has been 6 rainy ones all summer and fall.

They just showed video from Springville on the news.  It is sticking to the roads, grass etc.  Looks like a couple inches maybe.................................................................uggghhhhh

It was snow on arrival at my stand at 5:30 am. yesterday. Covered the wood platform at one point. Then iced at 1:30 pm.., without the cake, LOL. The deer were moving also.

Snow moved out and heavy rain still.  Days and Days and Days of rain.  This is old.

Driving home from work last night at midnight it was almost white out conditions. Wasn't sticking but man was it snowing.

Kind of brings on visions of those two and three foot dumps with the howling winds, and that great feeling when your car breaks traction and does that little whoopty-do in the middle of the road. Or that wonderful white knuckle ride home as those brake lights suddenly come into view through the snow. All these great images come to mind whenever someone mentions snow. And here we are just coming into that wonderful season. Isn't that just a thrilling thought ..... lol.
