So you hunted with my nephew (joey) and the boys? Are you the one who used his Maxus? He is having bad luck with his A5. We bought 3 and all 3 had problems but my 2 have resolved  

They are a good group of guys. Joey is a savage on the gun.

Yup they were awesome, perfect to go out as a first timer. Very friendly and willing to teach me the ropes.

The gun did better than I did lol. Also Joey took out 3 birds himself on one flydown… amazing shot!

Defiantly want to start incorporating bird hunting into my rotation!

What part of the state has cut corn already....on the western side almost no fields have been cut yet....except a few rows to help aide in the drying process.

They've been chopping corn in CNY for at least a week. Rte 12S from Utica to Waterville and south. Lots of other places.

Noticed some fields around me have been taken down(monroe county).not all but some

Looks like a good day in the field! I've said it before, goose shooting can be much more exciting than deer hunting. It tends to be more of a social hunt to rather than just a solitary hunt.

Agree, I used to go with some guys from work this time of the year . Wear shorts, smoke cigars , talking and laughing .
