What's for dinner tonight?

We had baked pork loin,fresh collard greens with bacon bits and a dab of butter,garden salad,left over eggplant parmesan.

Last night I prepped zucchini pancakes for tonight.  I also made little bowls of ground beef wrapped in bacon that you stuff with whatever you want and put in the smoker.

European Sea Bass  aka Mediterranean Sea Bass.  Hence why you tend to see it in Mediterranean (Italian, Greek, etc) restaurants.
