Mama made falafel. ( chick pea patties with yogurt feta lemon sauce and stuffed in a pita ) First time I ever had this was in Pittsburgh. Seeing the Grateful Dead from street vendor in ' 88. Also remember buying a Heineken for a buck from dude sitting on skateboard rolling thru Shakedown street.

Grilled marinated wild turkey breast(Spring Tom), garden broccoli, zucchini patties, and a grilled baked taterator....blueberry pie for desert. That thinly sliced turkey was so juice and tender...herbed  white wine marinade.

Heck no.  Flash seared in skillet and then oven at 400 for a a quick moment. Perfect medium rare .
